Upon receival of those items and after an interview is conducted to familiarize the Buyer(s) with the Governing Documents of the Community, the Association will issue a certificate of approval.
Please note that the Seller of the Lot is responsible to provide you with a complete set of the Governing Documents of the Association, including Rules, Regulations and Guidelines, as amended. A complete copy of the Governing Documents may be obtained from management for a fee of $100.00.
Estoppel Information
To receive an estoppel there is a $250 fee payable upfront to the management company. You can send a physical check to the address stated above.
Please keep in mind this application needs to be completed in its entirety for you to be approved by the Board. Missing or incomplete items will delay the process.
Applications need to be submitted 30 days prior to move in.
