RESALE/LEASE APPLICATION 


Application for occupancy and approval request must be completed in
detail by the proposed buyer or tenant. If there are any unanswered questions, or left blank, or missing required signatures this application will be returned unprocessed

Completed application and fees must be submitted to the Association at least twenty (20) days prior to the desired date of occupancy

By Florida law the Association legally has 30 days to make a decision. 

Occupancy prior to final approval is prohibited. Any owner who moves a tenant into a home/lot without the Association approval will be subject to immediate legal action, which can result in eviction. 

All maintenance assessment fees to the Association must be paid in full prior to Certificate of Approval for all leases. 

The “RULES AND REGULATIONS” are attached with this application, please keep them for future reference.

APPLICANT AUTHORIZATION

I hereby authorize and request any present or former landlord, employer, school, police department, financial institution, agency, or other persons having personal knowledge about me, to furnish bearer with any and all information in their possession regarding me in connection with an application for residence.


I hereby authorize Onalim Property Management to obtain and verify such information including accessing consumer reporting agencies, as well as performing a criminal and eviction record search.


I have been notified that a consumer report will be requested and understand that the information Onalim Property Management obtains is to be used in the processing of my rental application.


I hereby release and hold harmless Onalim Property Management and its affiliates, employees, and agents, and any other organization that provides information from any and all liabilities arising out of the use of such information in connection with Appfolio Screening.

PET ADDENDUM

The above-mentioned purchaser/owner(s) are subject to conditions stated therein, the pet(s) described below upon the following terms and conditions:

  • No pet that is a nuisance will be allowed on HOA property.
  • All pets must be registered and approved by the Association.
  • Proof of all required vaccinations must be provided.
  • Current photograph of your pet must be provided.
  • Owner(s) agree to abide by pet regulations established by the Governing Documents.
  • No pet shall be tied out of the exterior of the unit or left unattended on the patio or common area.
  • No pet shall be permitted outside except on a leash not to exceed 6 feet in length.
  • All pets must be cleaned up after, regardless of the size of the feces or location where deposited.
  • Disapproved pets/animals shall not be allowed to re-enter the property or the premises.
