Each adult age 18 or above must fill out a separate application.
The following items must be provided to the management company prior to issuing a certificate of approval:
1.) A $150 non-refundable application fee made payable to The Springs at Boynton Community Association, Inc.. Check or money order only must be delivered to 1645 Plan Beach Leakes Blvd, Suite 1200, West Palm Beach, FL 33401
2.) Copy of the Sales Contract or Executed Lease Agreement.
3.) Copy of Driver License and pictures of all vehicles.
Please note the seller is responsible for providing a complete set of the Association’s Governing Documents including the Rules & Regulations as amended. A complete copy of the Governing Documents may be obtained from the management company for a fee of $100.
There is a restriction for rental units in the Association not to exceed 10%.
Estoppel Information
The fee for estoppel is $250 upfront made payable to the management company.
APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN THEIR ENTIRETY
Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Parts or sections of the application will not be pieced together, and all applications must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to closing/lease execution/move-in.
